- Meets once a Month or as needed (3rd Tuesday of the Month at 8:00am)
- Comprised of (7) Members - Options: (a) a minimum of (4) City Resident Members who own real property, or who own or operate businesses, located within the Parking District Boundaries shall be appointed; or (b) a maximum of (2) Members who own real property, or who own or operate businesses, located within the Parking District Boundaries, even though they may not live in the City limits, may also be appointed.
- Each member serves a (4) year term/fill vacancies for the unexpired term.
