Marijuana Advisory Committee

  • Meets as Needed (a minimum of once per quarter)
  • Comprised of (7) Members: (1) Planning Commissioner Member; (5) City Residents; and (2) Possible County Residents (must own a marijuana business within City Limits). A majority of members shall be Oregon License Holders, License Applicants, or Individuals otherwise knowledgeable of the Marijuana Industry.
  • Each member serves (4) year term/fill vacancies for the unexpired term.
