Capital Campaign Includes:

• - Creation of a Recreational Plaza around the pavilion with a safe ADA walkway with enhanced amenities (estimated cost: $80,000)

• - Renovation of the locker rooms (estimated cost: $70,000)

• - Replacement of the outdoor water slide (estimated cost: $140,000)

Projects Timeline

Lower Recreation Plaza

• Phase 1
  • Pavilion, concrete expansion and ADA walkway to New Pavilion completed October 2022
• Phase 2
  • ADA walkway to the Pool deck
  • Bring utilities to Pavilion (gas, water, electric)
  • Landscaping around pavilion and lower area
  • Repositioning Entry Gate
  • All to be completed 2023-2024
• Phase 3
  • Removal and Upgrade of fencing
  • Concrete steps to pool decking
  • Addition of guard railing on steps and walkways
  • All to be completed 2026-2027
