2. The Street Lighting Program, which is part of the Maintenance Division, is currently maintaining 2,979 street lights throughout the City. The original 1994 master plan for the Street Light Program, consists of approximately 2,300 lights. The City has exceeded that number as some areas require more lights than the master plan had addressed, as well as new areas annexed into the City limits.
