The use of mobile devices and cloud technologies improve communication, while also creating an eco-friendly solution that reduces paperwork and in-person wait times. With the MyCivic app, community members can make non-emergency requests, receive real-time notifications, pinpoint community facilities on maps, and provide feedback and suggestions. Requests are tracked from initial report through resolution in the "My Reports" section and you can opt to receive notifications as your request progresses. App users can also find information on employment opportunities, City Council meetings, current election information, and much more!
